- George has been meditating since the early 1990s and, for the first couple of decades, struggled with it.
- Then, in the late 2000s, he learned the secret... There is no secret, only misleading and unrealistic expectations. Since then, he has deepened his own practice. And has taught effortless meditation to countless leaders just like you.
- George was diagnosed with ADHD at the ripe age of 47 and credits his meditation practice for being able to manage his ADHD successfully until then.
