Q: WHO CAN JOIN THE COMMUNITY?
Everybody's welcome! You don't have to have an executive title to join, you don't even have to be currently a manager. The only requirements are that you have a desire to lead, and you abide by our Code of Conduct.
During your first month, we can all take the chance to see if things are working out and decide if we want to keep going together. If either you or the Community feels like it's not the right fit, we'll cancel your membership and you won't be charged anything afterwards.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I JOIN?
You'll receive a Welcome email with onboarding information and a separate invite to join our private Slack workspace. You'll also receive a calendar invite for the next group call. Group calls normally take place on the last Tuesday of each month, at 4:00 pm Pacific Time.
Q: WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Your first month is on us, so you can see for yourself if our group is the right fit for you.
If at any point you feel that you're not getting your money's worth, simply cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.
